We offer a 6-month direct hiring agreement or a 12-month direct hiring agreement. Both packages are a monthly payment for $3,000. They both include hiring of any position (there is no maximum) during those periods of time. Those positions can be for your specific industry or non related skills. There is only one difference between these two packages, but it's a big one! On the 12-month agreement we cover the last three months of expenses for you!

Retainer Costs: $20,000 upfront charge. Additional $3,000 for each unique candidate hired, due on their start date. 1 hire in a year would be $23,000. 5 hires in a year would be $35,000.
With contingency hiring you pay 20% of a candidates first year salary, due upon their start date. No fees are associated until you have hired a candidate and they begin their employment.
Contingency Costs: 20% of candidates first year salary. 1 candidate at $100,000 salary would be $20,000. 5 candidates at $100,000 salary would be $100,000.
