David Sanford began his journey in the business world 7 years ago. Though that business did not create the financial success he hoped for, it allowed him to see acts of integrity, compassion, and authentic passion in the business world. He vowed to launch his next business around proper values. Business success is more than dollars and cents. It's about building long standing relationships and trusted partnerships. Sanford Business Experts was formed in 2024 to give clients honest and realistic results. No smoke and mirrors, just authentic businesses expertise.

Our primary areas of expertise are hiring (finding the talent for your team), onboarding (creating systems for longer employee tenure and success), and employee engagement (keeping you up to date with common practices in your industry).  In just a short period of time our expertise has lead to 25+ brand new team members for clients. We establish long term relationships with you to identify where you may be struggling to find new team members, what processes have lead to the best results, and provide you with honest and realistic expectations.
